I always thought of cannabis a People's thing rather than a Company's thing. Its still ok to gift cannabis right? I mean.. lol if its legal... you should be able to grow a "tomato" and gift to another human....
Yes the caregiver is perfect example! Some people dont like to grow whereas others love it and one person could easily grow for 1-5 other people right?

Yep! Still legal to gift, up to 1oz (per day?). Forget what the caregiver limits are, but its the only legal way to 'ask' for money besides being a dispensary. You're required to give some sort of services besides weed tho, but I think it counts if you just smoke a bowl and ask how their day went, or how the weed has been treating them. Either way, sounds doable!

Can a caregiver sell surplus MMj to a rec or medical dispensary? I know the state is reducing caregiver counts from 495 to 99. Thanks.

So..how are thing in CO right now? What is the canna tax up too these days? Home growing? Anyone have an estimate or some statistics on the #of retail cannabis stores that have failed or went under since rec began?
