The largest pc grow I have seen was actually inside a server case. It yielded almost three ounces.

That's a link to a grow using only a singular 42w cfl. The end result was 10.1 ounces.
I only linked that because it is the most well done case I have a bookmark to. I have a couple that yielded over a zip but they are atrocious to look at and do not deserve a link.
Replace that 42 cfl with a 50w or larger cmh (or mh/hps for that matter) and it is easy to see how a yield more than twice that size is not only attainable but easily so given a small amount of tuning.

where in fact, the grow was the thing with ZERO WEIGHT. 10.1gram pic being confused for 10.1 oz??? Maybe your opinions and knowledge of growing/horticulter should be inspected further before you try to jump on someone with your "false knowledge".
And Im sorry but there are WAY better PC set-ups here on RIU than on ICMag. I have nothing against stealth grows, or any grow for that matter. But I think people should be properly informed before they jump into a waste of time. If you have room for a PC case, you have room for a storage locker, or filing cabinet, or even a rubbermaid closet at under $100. Where as a PC you would have to take a part a machine that costs WAY more than $100. You do the math, waste money to waste space, or use money for a WAY better outcome.
AND not to tear you up even more. There is NO WAY you can put a HPS inside a PC case. You will melt everything in there before it is beneficial. The smallest a HPS comes in is 150w which is a security light basically. WHICH IS BIGGER THAN THE PC CASE ALMOST IN ITSELF. The heat would absolutely destroy any living thing inside that case. kiss-ass
Please, here is the pursuit your looking for. PROVE that a PC case works in a benefical amount that what you cured/harvested costs more than the money you put into it. In other words, your going to pay MORE for the grow than what you get out of it.
PLEASE find links for these so called OZ PC grows, or even ANY PC grow that gave more than $150 worth of herb. (when you spent over $150 on making it, paying for electricity, water & nutes)

You do know PC cases are metal right?You MUST KNOW since you built one of these yourself right? LOL I have designed a server case myself with one 70wHPS secutiry light and 2 42 watt CFL's. Simple and efficent ventalation made this possible. Some people are crafty. That case produced 3OZ over 4 plants.

You don't put the whole assembly into the grow box you NOOB! You need to take the ballast out and the wiring, and wire the bulb alone and mount it to the inside of the case, mounting the electronics(ballast) to the outside of the case. holy crap, really....and you're givin people shit???? With a simple fan mod i could easily use a 150 in place of my 70. kiss-ass

Also that was a midsized tower. Roughly half the square footage of a server case.

A pc case, when purchased brand new, costs only 50 bucks. I don't know where you live, but by me you can easily pick up a used case for about five bucks from any of the businesses that do computer repair. People leave dead machines behind all the time.
Hey can you happen to guess what size most of the dead, and generally older, cases are? Full size ATX.

The smallest HID is 38w. Not 150. If you're talking old tech the smallest is 50w. Stop being a dumbass. Also, no one uses the actual fixtures. That would be as stupid as putting molasses in a hydro res...

Cooltubes have been part of the horticultural world since long before you started thinking about growing weed. To either be completely ignorant of them (or willfully ignorant of them) just proves how bad you are at either growing or making a valid point.

i grow in a grow tent but it is in basment not in living room or kitchen is that stelth
