My Abusive OG first attempt at a SCROG they eventually overgrew the whole screen but they were the bombest buds i have ever grown it lacked in yield but made up in quality. I think this was 4 or 5 weeks flower

If you read the description for Barny's Farm vanilla kush, it says that its supposed to max out at 70-80 cm. That's roughly two feet. So how the hell did i end up with this beast monster? she is at 42in which is about 8in too tall to comfortably fit in my tent (hence the tie-down)

Btw I induced flowering at 12in. wtf...:shock:

you have a significantly more than 8deg temp swing from day to night from sounds of it, this kind of environment exacerbates stretching (eg if you maintain less than a 5deg temp swing your internodal spacing will drastically decrease)

to the point it could of easily taken 12" outta that plant ;) high stretch variety such as some kush's REALLY benefit from that level of control(they are also more prone to extreme strech when exposed to these temp swings as well!). Will help your yeilds too!

i didn't know that, but that sure does explain a lot. thanks for the tip and i'll definitely try to keep that in mind.

I get between 20 and 30 degree differential day/night. I grow outdoors so if doesn't matter as much. I did LST them this year to try and get them bushier and it certainly did do that. Not sure if it had any effect on internodal spacing, tho.
