All males

I am a first time grower, got some seeds from a friend. I started 10 plants, under a blue spectrum, once they hit veg, I added a MH 400W Conversion bulb, 3 months later I started to flower, changed out MH with HPS.
Six days into flowering, I find out my plants are all male. Meanwhile, my friend started two plants and both are females. What happened? Did I turn my plants male? Is it something to do with my lighting?

there is NO way you had sexing signings at 6 days. maybe you could find a hair or a pollen sack on one of the plants but not all 10 and not in 6 days. stick it out. i hope you have not killed them yet. the odds of 10 males in a row are less than 1%

yes. you can use hps for both veg and flower, but you get smaller internodes (branches closer together) veggin' with a halide....

i doubt they were ALL male, but without pics i cant rightfully judge, and at 6 days who knows...mine show pistils in about 5 days under my 400w HPS. yours prolly where just the begining of calyx's (sp?)....

I first started with 4 foot blue spectrum, and then I got 400W HPS. one week whith the HPS and three males surfaced. My bro talked me in to going MH conv so i did, two more males.so the remaning five veged for a mounth with no issues. I figured that the rest were females.

well one female but the others are males . should i send her back into veg before cloning?
