Read a little more first, we dont know what lights, what strain, what soil, what nutes, There are alot of factors involved, its not all about how much space or plants you have

When you take away the height of the pot and the space for the light, you don't have a lot of vertical grow space to fill with colas.
Your grow area is only 19 x 10 which is not even 1.5 square feet.
It depends on how dense you can pack in the colas and how high they can grow without your light cooking them.
No way to hazard a guess at yield without a lot more info.
