My guess would be the Van Allen belt. I kinda like watching the station flybys. The first time I seen it I waved.![]()
the dust is like glass shards very destructive harsh environment and the radioactivity levels are off the chart outside the earths polar fields
There's radio activity on the moon? Or just in space?
*wikid really needs to study up on this shit*
The sun and other stars are shooting radiation.
So do I. That's why it was a guess.![]()
So it's better to be free floating than attached to the moon?
The moon is REALLY far away. The space station is a short jaunt. Refueling / maintenance / crew swap missions would not be practical or safe on the moon.
So do you think there's an alien base on the moon and we're going to piss off the aliens when we "bomb" the moon?
NO!
If they were on the moon they wouldn't be dumb enough to put their base on the side that takes direct strikes from all sorts of debris.
LOL, now THAT makes sense...unless they have laser guns that can blast debris to smithereens!
They would be smart enough to get the news report and pack up and wait it out in space.
There's an alien base in the van allen belt?![]()
Where IS the Van Allen Belt?![]()
All around the earth. The shuttle went thru a "thicker" than usual part and the astronauts could see the radiation with their eyes closed.
I don't think the aliens will be anymore pissed than they already are.
