Bottom line it's illegal on state level to receive ANY form of compensation from the MM patient and you guys cannot provide ANY written legal PROOF that shows otherwise. All ya got is the same old illegal drug jive talk. "We agree", "Under the table", "Gentleman's agreement" BS.

You also cannot prove otherwise... Since we are in NO WAY talking about paying for the weed, the point that you keep making is irrelevant. No one here disagrees that the law says we cannot be compensated for the product.

I find it pointless to debate this w you when we are not even debating the same thing... ive agreed w you that the sale/trade/barte of marijuana medical or not is illegal. If you read ANY of my posts youll realize i was not any any way debating this fact w you. Rather i was stating that if your medical patient paid for some of your costs (again not end product) maybe youd feel better sharing your skills in the garden w some of the less unfortunate medical patients who cannot do this themselves. I didn't kill this thread. You are not a MM caregiver nor are you looking for a caregiver but you feel free to advise or imply to them that it's legal to accept things for the MM when it clearly is not. End of story.
I would be happy to advise any MMP who thinks they can't grow on how to do it no matter how small a grow it has to be. I will never be a legal caregiver. As a MMP the cops and state officials have no right to enter my house without a warrant, if I become a caregiver I lose the right to tell them to go F-OFF, that isn't going to happen.

Authorized inspections
People who are registered caregivers or dispensers of medical marijuana are required to submit to occasional official inspections. A registered person who refuses to allow an inspector entry onto the registered premises is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Penalties may include a fine of up to $2,000, up to 90 days in jail, or both (as decided by the judge). (Alaska Stat. Ann. §§ 11.71.060(a)(3).)

Yeah but according the patriot act, the feds can and they don't need a warrant...

NO MATTER HOW PROTECTED WE THINK WE ARE, MARIJUANA IS STILL FEDERALLY ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES

So your comeback is to imply the feds are going to come into your 6 plant MM grow and check it out, that's absurd. They don't use the Patriot Act to go into a grow without a warrant, they use the Patriot act to gather information to bust dealers sometimes. Also they DO need a warrant: Under the Patriot Act- "Authorities may obtain a "sneak and peak" warrant that allows them to enter and bug locations without informing suspects a search warrant has been issued."

Dude, I'm not gonna argue the patriot act... The federal government can do just about anything they want to terrorists, and mj growers are sadly considered such to them
