Alaska Ice * LST * 28 days flowering *

Ok so the title explains it all...

250watt lumatek e-ballast
250 watt hortilux eye super hps bulb

ocean forest
grow big
tiger bloom
big bloom

7 weeks veg under 200 watt 6500k cfl's


Just recently relocated into the closet you see in pictures and the pictures were before the white plastic lining..so dont hate, its lined in white plastic now


the first picture will be old space and the rest will be new space

by the way this was supposed to be a micro grow...but as you can see it is anything but a micro grow....


what do you guys think

If you have lights stronger than cfls I would have vegged under those.

yea it was a upgrade at time of flower

i would let those flower as long as possible to get maximum yield

yea man im gonna shoot for the prescribed 9 weeks but they may need longer, ill be checkin the tric's deffinitely

yea i LST'd it hardcore man ive even still been tying down through flower and its stretched over 12" in 4 weeks. Its slowed down now tho, so hopefully the stretch is done.
and yea AK ice would be an ideal outdoor plant but if you get it right it can make a good indoor plant too, very resilient!

I'm growing with the same bulb,
and FoxFarms products. (2 gallon pots)
Usually with some lst and very little
veg time (cfl for veg too, 4 wk max.)
I'll flower 2 plants and average between
2-3 oz/per.
I'd love to grow some ice. Looking good.
Here's the 2nd of 2 unknown strains just
finishing up. Chopped a nice unknown indica dec. 14th 2.44oz dry.
This one will be closer to 3zips

i grew alaskan ice inder cfl for one of my 1st grows.... i went 12/12 from seed and i noticed very fat leaves, minimal side branching and fast flower. maybe it depends on pheno but mine from the greenhouse were indica in stature.

goood stuff man I hope I see a yield like that, thats why vegged 7 weeks and will max out flowering

That's good to know,,I still have four outta five seeds left, maybe one will be a little tamer indoors, I topped and tyed mine and was still crazy tall. But the smoke is good Just the bag appeal and yield suffered, no big loss

I too have some Greenhouse Co. Alaskan Ice growing, (2 weeks into veg). Mine look nothing like that. Looks like you needed stronger light. I'll attach photos as soon as I figure out how to get em on the computer.

nice plants but IMO thats not a very usefull lst lst os to retain height and your plants are streched to all hell, but still lookin good,

yea i can show you pics from veg and they looked nothing like this, it was a big ass bush til I switched it. As soon as I switched it, it was over. Strtchin like crazy

Trust me if I hadnt lst'd this plant would be 8 feet tall. Its in the genes

check out oldpork's grow journal on grasscity he grew GHS alaskan ice organic outdoors and got a great yield, i think his girls got like 7-8ft only tho.

stay tuned for more pics....these ones do the plant no justice...the room has all white plastic now but not at time of photo since it was "moving day" if u will. Also Plant is tall but very thick and bushy....pics will be up tomorrow

wanna stop the stretch of the Ai mix 1/4 tsp of humbolt bush-master per gallon of water the second week of flower un less you are starting 12/12 from seed, i have found that the strain does not respond well to topping or lst almost everyone i topped or lst it grew bananas

sorry bud but it looks very lose get some more light and some reflective sheeting around them remove lower pop corn buds and flower her for 10 week last 48hours in dark dont forget to flush
