That's pretty sad, hopefully she has more pups.

Killer whales; one of the few animals I find difficult to appreciate. Hate how they hunt sea lions. Slap the shit out of them with their tales, in groups, until seal/sea lion can't swim away. Then eat them...

What they do to baby humpbacks is my limit. Chase them in relays for an entire day, until the thing is too tired to swim another yard ... then gnaw it to death like weasels ... just for the tongue. cn

I really like the look of killer whales. They look like the animal kingdoms equivalent to some scary people in the alley way.
They have to eat and have learned over many many years how to hunt and prey. Much like hunters do when taking a rifle into the wilderness in hope of landing a big racked buck.

That would have been pretty cool. Sad the baby is gone. But its the circle of life the whole food chain thing. Winter Woman if thats you in your avatar pic your beautiful girl. I wish there was more girls like that here in montana most of the girls here are drunks.
