just a heads up to anyone who has an alarm system. if the central station recieves an alarm from your house & call the police, they have a right to go in and search the house.
I work for a small local alarm company & 1 of my customers told me a horror story that happened last yr to him.his daughter didn't close the door tightly on her way to school & it blew open setting off an alarm. he got the call from us & drove home to find the police in his house. in his spare bedroom closet was a sheriff's unifom belonging to his brother-inlaw who was staying w/ him after his wife threw him out. the cop didnt believe his story & arrested him for stolen property.it was all straightened out when they finally got ahold of the brother-inlaw but only after he was booked and held for a few hrs.
most alarm companies can remove the police from your contact list or not dispatch if a contact is reached if you tell them to.
also police can't enter any rooms or closets that are locked so lock your closet & the room it is in
stay safe...mc

My alarm goes to my cell phone and probably by the time I get there the dogs have already taken care of the problem...no cops, no security company, just 40 acres and a shovel.

dogs my man, shotgun leaves evidence and intent. If you break into my house or property then its fair game and the dogs do what they do best, hunt and kill.

Yes man's best friend is a growers best friend, but sadly in my state it can lead to legal issues as a dog can be classified as a deadly weapon... least in my county. That and we have some of the most messed up castle laws.

its sad but in the socialist state of NY,I would be better off shooting a person as I could claim self defense but if my dog ate someone breaking into my house,I would be charged w/ manslaughter at the very least-especially if it was a "evil" bred like a pitt or rot.
