As long as Rec users/growers can share zips of seeded weed freely...the LP’s will never control the seed market.
Now the new micro grows that come from non MMAR/ACMPR are in a real bind. They HAVE to purchase starting material from CanOPee (or other LP’s which basicly have the same CanOPee genetics as well) or the shady seed guy in the Dam.
HC should open another transfer of MMAR/ACMPR genetics to all these new micros coming online in the future. Let’s face it, that’s where all the current LP’s genetics came from. It’s only fair to give the new micros the same fair shot...IMO.

Wont happen. Like I said, the LPs carry genetics from breeders available to anyone, patients included. So they have claim to sweet fuck all until they do start making their own genetics available nowhere but in house.
Once those genetics somehow get to the outside world, and are sold by the competition then they have a right to come knocking. You can't show up to a patients house who grows for themselves and demand they prove where they got their genetics based on assumption of guilt(which is illegal).
No ones getting a doorknock for growing OG Kush or any other widely available non LP created strain. This isn't communist Russia.

Depends on the LP. Currently 250,000 med patients. There’s never a market for shwag, that’s all going into extracts or future edibles. Quality will sell, and some LP,s are growing quality, with many more on the way.

The Lp's loose plenty of those customers to the BM daily....people aren't all stupid you know.
I've converted several myself in the last few weeks. Set em up nicely with a few decent humans...who don't spray and lie about it like the LP's do.

Unless you have strict environmental control and bio security, most small time BM Growers spray, don’t kid yourself. Indoor grown cannabis is prone to insects and pathogens. I got no problem with the BM, it’s not going anywhere, people should have a choice where they get their cannabis from. It’s the grey market that is dying, growers who sell exclusively to disp.

Well I only know a smallish group of growers....but none spray in that bunch.
I've never sprayed anything....I use it after all.
