AK48 having problems...what do I do to help?

The first pic is at day 26, and the second just three days later. Brown spots are getting bigger! What is the problem here - anyone know?

Nitrogen defish mostlikely. we need more info soil type nutes added ph, and so on

Not too surprised if it is N problem...I'm pretty sure the droop and yellowing of bottom leaf sets on my 5 plants is due to over watering. This is my first grow, so I'm still learning from my mistakes. The AK48s are showing more signs of trouble than the Blue Mystic and Short Riders. All are in MG soil and have yet to get any extra nutes because I was concerned about overdoing it. (I know the MG can make nute burn easier as it already has nutes in it.) I was told to plant up to a larger pot and start mild nutes in an earlier post about my droopy garden issues. I'm using CFLs and distilled water and need to get a new ph meter as the one I have is not working. What kind of nutes from HD or Lowes should I be getting - NPK numbers would be helpful - as I don't think other options are available to me right now.

Got some Schultz nutes with an NPK of 10-15-10. Would that be okay used at 1/4 strength?

day 26 in a solo cup might just be ready for a bigger room transplant and see how they like it i would lay off the nute till atleast a week after tranz cuz u really wanna be careful what u add to most MG soils.
