ak47 how tall and how close to the light!!

has anyone grown ak47 before an if soo how tall did theres grow two as mine have just gone in to flower an they have shot up i dnt no if topping is a good idea?? and dont no how tall they will grow as i have a limited height! can anyone help?

How big is the light? Bigger the light further the distance!
You should of topped it in veg at least a week or 2 before
going into flowering. I top at the 5th set of branches
this gives you a short bushy plant>

You can expect plants to quickly double or triple in size within a few weeks of 12/12. This stretching can be rather difficult to stop. So, remember to start flowering earlier next time to keep short plants. For this grow, search this site for low stress training (LST) and supercropping. Basically, you'll just want to bend the plant's branches down so it's not growing too tall.

If height is an issue you always want to go into flowering at about half your max height no matter what the seed co. says or whatever. Sometimes you'll get in trouble if you veg them too long and their flowering phase puts them into supergrowth and they get root locked.

Thanks for the replys!when i put them into flowering they were only about a 16inches tall an npw there about 3feet!! The bending techniques sounds like a plan i just dont want to break them!lol i have a 600 light hpw close can i get to that before they start to burn??and they have only been under the 12/12 for about a10days?could i top them now??

LST is pretty easy actually, or SCRoG. Just read up on some articles.
