AK47 AUTO taking months to finish?

I have an auto ak47 from lowlife seeds which is now over 3 months old! the others finished on time at about 10 weeks and i have all but smoked it all, they yeilded just under 2 ounces.

The last plant is HUGE not in height or width but in bud it is at least 4-5 times the size of the others, it looks almost pure bud no leaves at all! im guessing 6 ounces or more of a plant that is not much bigger then a foot.

It just does not seem right, like it is some form of mutant creation from a lab. It does not smell even when rubbed, the others stunk, it is no where near finished and the buds are getting bigger and they already seem gigantic but it just doesnt look right there is hardly any crystals and the hairs do not seem to be turning yet, the hair sacs seem huge. I dont know this plant is strange.

Shoot, I'd like to see a pic of that as well. Under a foot autoflower with 6 ounces would be cool to look at. What are your grow specs?

I looked for my camera and could not find it, it is very late will have a go tommrrow.

I might have broken some record for bud/plant size. it is a monster for it's size.

The weird thing is it has no crystals, the hairs are tiny and thin i can not tell there colour, strange plant.

I have grown two sets of auto ak's. The biggest tip i can give is this....

If the seedlings are stressed or stunted in anyway the plant will remian small, because these plants autoflower after 2 weeks of veg the plant will bud even if it is a tiny finger sized plant. so the early stage is very very important for success, transplanting should be minimal I would plant straight into the pot it will flower in. I recommened at least 10 litres for max potential.

The good thing about these plants are they yeild alot for such compact plants, they stay small but the buds form to make a plant that is allmost all bud in a very compact package. sea of green will yeild good amounts.

My grow specs....
VEG/ 300w cfl
FLOWER
250w HPS with 200w cfl
Soil
Nutes biogrow veg and bloom

Ok here we go, the plant is all bud and quite compact and HUGE. the 6 ounce was a guess by estimating by comparing the size of my other plants which finished a month ago. Might be way off but what ever the final yeild it will be massive and at least 4 ounces it has to be double the size at least of the others which yeilded just under 2 and she isnt even finished yet!

Got burnt on right side, ouch. That day she got very dry and wilted.

Impressive no? I think it is an insane plant for being under a foot.

i stnd corrected that... still not 6 ounces, but that thing is a beast
Oh yeah there in my profile pics, look in there for the pics.

Yer it looks better in person, it is a freak of nature.

Each one of this insane side buds is allmost as big as the cola, not only that each of these massive side buds of which there are 12 is bigger then the cola from the other plants which yeiled 46g!

In the pics notice on the right side 3 giant buds spread out in a rowin an awesome compact arrangement. this plant is tiny but the buds are huge.

i think it must be cuz your still listed as a "stranger" i think you might need a certain number of posts or mod approval to posts pics, i think thats how it works, its been awhile since i was new and they might have changed some things since then, really sucks, i cant wait to see these pics. it might be awhile, we only have like 7 mods(estimate-shoot me if im wrong, lol) and maybe none of em are on or they are busy. if they dont do anything in the next few hours maybe pm one or something. i'll be waiting:bigjoint::peace::joint:

When should I harvest my plants?

The 30X and 100X lighted magnifier are tools everyone serious about harvest timing should have. They make it easy to monitor the resin development process. After seeing 400X images of resin glands, I decided to also buy the 100X magnifier. It supplies a superior view, providing an enhanced perspective of resin gland condition and development.

I recommend buying the 30X model first and if you would like to expand your analytical capabilities, buy the 100X model. They both allow for a much closer inspection of the clarity, color and condition of the resin glands, which should be swollen and unbroken while remaining transparent and slightly amber, if at all, at the peak of ripeness. Some prefer harvesting earlier, as THC degrades to more sedative cannabinoids as the glands ripen.

Harvest timing is a matter of personal preference. When the glandular trichomes are clear with very little, if any coloration, THC levels are at their peak with CBD and CBN both at levels that will not overly influence the THC with their sedative effects. Some prefer more overwhelming narcotic type effects, allowing the resin glands to cloud and begin to amber or darken to increase overall cannabinoid content. The resin glands appear and therefore will mature at different times. A compromise is made when determining the desired overall maturity level to harvest. It depends on the growers preference in effect and palate.
