I had a plant for awhile that was grown from a bag seed a friend found back in 1980. It had double serrated leaves. It didn't have much skunk odor, in fact not much odor at all except if you brushed up against it I'd get a catpiss odor. Best stuff I've ever grown. Tasted like earthy/hash. I've had a few plants with double serrated leaves since then, and was always hopeful, but none of them compared to that 1980 plant.
That's interesting because the cat piss plants have the double serrations.

I'm networking to develop that kind of relationship in my local community. There are alot of young folk like myself getting into growing and alot of old timers with some really high quality bud, I'd like to be a part of the bridge between them.

It's still prohibited in the union halls around me despite recent legislation. Despite that, I've already met a few people who grow in the trade. Those numbers are going to shoot up in the coming years. I want to lead the charge getting us together, sharing knowledge and genetics.
Union Electrician here. Nice to know there are other union trades on RIU

I need to refresh my Catpiss stash. I am working on a jar from 2021 still. A Boveda pack has kept it fresh this whole time. Most of the ammonia has faded but it still has that crazy funk flavor. I am surprised because most varieties completely fade by now. A big plus 1 for HCP V3 and also Boveda 58% packs.
Did your catpiss have a fruity kind of smell with ammonia on the back end? That's what I'm getting currently.

Just popped the gear I received on Friday!

AKBB: CGPR (Columbian gold x Panama red) x Dalas rsk

TKNL5 HAZE F3 (TK dom)

Along with some Fluer De Mal ESB and HSC BB muffin (fem) for good measure.

I (hopefully) have the rest of 2023 in this propagation tray and I couldn't be happier.
I've got the cgpr x a5nl5hz and it's one of the best plants I've ever had. they were f2 freebie testers and every one so far has been great for yield and potentcy and flavor. I only had 1 that was a little wonky. it was kind of a throwback to the a5 I think. It was a very stretchy jungle sativa kind of plant. Great smoke but a little too much for my tiny room. I want the darian gap, but that cgpr x dallas rks sounds awesome. I just finished some tknl5hz x black domina/nw hash plant-nl1. I seeded it so all I got to smoke was keef but It is a real headknocker. Good heavy long lasting indica buzz.

His whole catolog fascinates me, and all I've done is read about his gear.

One thing I appreciate off the bat is his no bullshit naming conventions. I like to know what I'm getting and he doesn't try to sell it as anything other than what it's made of, say for maybe consumption, but I need to do more research.

I want to buy his whole catalog. We have been impressed with the 3 strains we are growing.
