AK-48 Almost Done? (vids&pics)

i just finished 2 ak's and they went 9 weeks. could have gone another week easily. had to chop. yours still have a few weeks to go

i always south it would take less...
well i also know that mus monitor trichomes heads for finding that week or so window to harvest...
i will just continue monitoring trichomes...

hey dude i was growin wit between 400-600 watts of envirolites and flowered for 9-10 weeks harvested in stages took colas off first then rest of the plants.

harvested about 3 ounces of ak48 dry from 3 plants and 1 ounce dry from 1 nl plant

u will love the ak48, its so tasty and potent, wait till the bud is nice n dry, grind her up and smell, honestly when this shit opens up it smells heavinly, i even eat it sometimes coz it tastes so nice lol
 
how much are those reptile lights, and after watching the marijuana man video you posted in another thread, do you think they are as good as he says,?

he is the man for that shit... so i am about to go out and buy one, where did u get yours? and again how much?

i have paied £41.10 by 2 x EXO TERRA REPTI GLO 10.0 UVB DESERT TERRARIUM LAMP 26W, with shipping included within EU.

I dont know if they are good at all.. but by that video i m willing to try it :)

I got mine from ebay, just look for "REPTI GLO 10.0 UVB" and you should find some easy..
you could also find them at any good pet store. there are many UV bulbs. but i think only ubv makes better results in increasing potency. The 10.0 means it iradiates 10% uvb spectrum. There are some weeker like 2.0 (2% uvb) and 5.0 (5% uvb) i wanted to try the strongest... hope i don't burn the lady.. ;)
 
I talked to my guy at the hydro shop, he told me reptile lights arent worth it, you can just put your MH bulb back in, and it has more than enough Ubv light... and usually he tries to sell me stuff up the whazzooo... He even told me that he uses his MH bulbs in weeks 6-8 of his flower, then switches back to hps for a week, then harvest... and resin production he agreed with Marijuana man is very noticable...

Let me know how this works for you... and when i get to it- 3-4 weeks i will try my MH out for 2 weeks as well and report back, or on my journal for sure...

Thanks for your feed back your are probably right. i don't know the mh spectrum spread.what i kno is my cfs dont emit uvb, so wanted to compensate.. I don't have mh nor hps. My limited space conditions forced me to try and choose the best light with less heat and electic consuption possible. So i am making this growth with 2x200 watts envirolites (compact flurescent) one blue and other red spectrum and now at the end this two uvb might also give some extra potency.
i will be posting the developments...
 
Here's an update with pics.
50º Day flowering, 1 week and 3 days with 6 hours uvb.
Trichomes are aboult 10-15% ambar and the rest milky.

I would like to cut her this weekend but have some doubts. I know i can last more 1 week may be...

what do you think?

Hello all..

i think i m going to cut her in 2 /3 days ...
she is with no nutrients from 2 weeks.

I was thinking of no watering and going to a dark period of 24 to 48h before harvest.

any other recomendations for the last 2/3 days?

yep cut them babies down tomm or the next if you didnt put them on dark already, do it and then tomm or the next in darkness. then they should be pretty fucking AWESOME!!!! :D
