That grow journal looks great! I wish I could do half as good. I'm definately checking out the blueberry for my next outdoor grow. I've heard mixed reviews on Romulan. Did you start them from seed or from clones? The reason I ask is I have a pack of seeds around here somewhere, and am hesitant to try out a new strain as I am kind of cramped for space and have too many strains growing now as it is.
I do have GDP but that will be an indoor grow. I'm glad you waned me on not growing it outdoors, thanks. I've got some tahoe kush that I haven't sprouted yet, do you think that one would be a good outdoor selection for the norcal foothill area???

How far Norcal ? like Angels camp or further north ?

Yea a haze will never finish around here unless you intend on making a greenhouse and providing supplemental lighting.

Well, thats what I get for not doing my homework :( , I'm in the 530 area North of Sac. at about 3000 ft above sea level.

Oh well, at least I still have my indoor plants to count on.

Any other good sugestions from the pros for good strains that will finish out in a timely manner in this area?

find yerself some phospholode(?) or humboldts gravity. both have been taken off the market as their not healthy products so they are next to impossible to find, (unless your friends with the guy at the grow shop and he hooks you up out of the supply hes not allowed to sell ;P) anyhow...they make your buds like friggn rocks!!!!!

Eh, I used gravity this year and honestly coulden't tell the difference between this year and last years harvest. Also it says right on the back of the gravity bottle that molasses may give the same results.. and I used molasses this year as well as last. 3 tablespoons per 5 gallons.

I had to pull a bit early. So majority of airyness could be from prematurity. We were dippin at 29 degrees at night, I didnt want to chance it.

All marijuana plants are different, some require more sunlight than others. In my experience I have found that plants that are grown in areas without full sun exposure will produce much more "airy" buds. I try to look for areas to grow that have maximum sun exposure, sunrise to sunset, the more sunlight, the denser the buds. Also certain sativa dominant plants have a tendency to produce more airy buds.
