I just potted my plants today, and I'm using the Canna Coco Plus+ medium, with Gold Label Coco A+B, Ultra MG, Ultra Pk & roots. I raised the bottom so there is about 4.5 litres of medium in each pot. Installed the drip-system today, I might get some pics up if you guys wanna see my setup.

You should although the green pheno is said to be more potent (DPD trait).

Found this thread today and wanted to post my gal's! going to cut these purple diesel's today! i'll do a follow up pic on the roots later today, pots are still a bit wet from the flush so idk if the root pic will come out good !

I did a side by side test with the same strain, Regular pot VS Airpot. My roots aren't that great IMO. I had a problem with "soil gnats" and maybe that was "some" of the reason idk. I need to learn more about root cultivation! I'm using 2.7 gal airpots with Sphagnum Peat moss. Amended the peat moss with

This is my 2nd grow, I switched to airpots because i believe they are far more superior than the regular "pot" . While they are double in price (at least in U.S.) the regular pot costed 3.00 and the airpot costed 6.00 .

I have seen some awesome root structure from some of you on this thread and was hoping you could give me some tips on how to achieve greater root structure ! Thanks for your time !

i guess I should add , they were in these air pots for 60 days.

Just thought I would post some pics of my air pots and my AK-48's. This is the first time I have used the air pots, but so far they seem to be loving them. My AK's are in thier first week of flowering and were vegged for 4 weeks. After harvest I cant wait to remove the air pots and see the root stucture, just to see if they do what they say they do. I am useing the 4 gallon pots.

Nice pictures. ! Are you using Hydroton throughout the whole airpot or just on top of the soil/medium ? How is it working for you? I've never seen hyroton on top of a medium. I haven't tried it , i'm currently using just a medium (peat-moss) and i've noticed after a few waterings my top soil begins to get very hard and will not drain properly. I end up amending the top soil with my hands. Does the hydroton on top help you in some way ?

That's a nice air pot ! I have the size just under yours. It has a yellow bottom. You will have plenty of space in there ! I personally think you could have a plant in there for 6 months and be fine !!!!
