SHOULD I HAVE THE TOP OF THE TENT TAKEING HOT AIR OUT AND THE BOTTOM BRING COOL AIR IN OR THE OTHER WAY AROUND?

AND DO YA THINK A 6INCH BOOSTER INLINEFAN WILL EXHAUST HOT AIR OUT?

Yes, hot out the top and cool in the bottom. The booster fans will work for smaller areas. They have decent CFM ratings, but get bogged down real easy. How big is your tent?

my tent is 36x20x62
is that to big juss to use a 6inch booster fan to exhaust hot air out
and another booster fan brings cool air in from the bottom?

IMO the booster fan will work for that. It's better to have a passive intake (just an open hole). I've seen that the intake should be just a little bigger than the exhaust to work best. I'm no expert so maybe we'll get another opinion.

So roughly 3ft x 2ftx5ft

30 cfm will move it but 60-100 cfm will do better.

Ideally temps should be in the mid 70's, and humidity between 60-70% during veg and 40-50% during flower.

for my seedlings should i juss use cfls?

CFL's will work, I don't use them though. How many would depend on how long you plan to use them. If you plan to use them through veg you need more than if you just use them for seedlings. Keep the CFL as close to the plant as pobbable, within a few inchs.

The watering... IMO it's always better to water with more water less often. In the early stages the plants are spreading their roots looking for water. If they have all they need real close they don't need to spread as much.

They should be ready for more light in about a week or 2. I'm not sure when they aren't considered seddlings anymore, but no more than 2 weeks. IMO

I would,nt rely on a booster fan. Just not enough cfm's to evacuate stale air and bring in fresh, IMO.

I tried using one for my small clone/veg cabinet w/ only 1- 2' long 6 lamp t-5 and temps were at 94 deg. I'd use a minimum of 150 cfm inline fan.
