Ok here is an idea some one tell me if it will work i wan to take one of my plants and put it in a new pot finally using a lil rock on the bottom then the soil and then put a tube in the soil near the roots that way i know the roots have air being pumped to them at all times even when i might over water , could that hurt any ? and all i do is Plug the Air pump to the tube in the soil and i have fresh air to the roots at all times right?

bump^^ sounds like an interesting theory, the only way to know for sure is to do an experiment with one and see. put the pump in the soil and water as usual, if no adverse effects, then try to waterlog the soil and see if the air pump makes it work out. i doubt it will b/c roots die in the open air, so would prob. be too much air on them. try it out and let us know.

well i wont try it. but i know a few people who will . they will put it to the test i think it might be do able if its not directly on the ball and maybe a defuser thro diffrent part of a pot to make the air fan on its pressure.
