Air flow/ fresh air

My grow room is about 4x6m I have a 12 inch extraction fan going into the attic but no intake fan. All I have is a normal door going into the room it’s not air tight. I was wondering is there enough air going in through edges of the door? After 3 weeks of flower my plants seems to be going downhill, yellowing leaves etc and small yield. My feeding regime is fine etc and my lighting. At first I thought it was salt build up but I’m using organic nutes now and still having same problem.

I doubt it's a ventilation issue. Is there a gap under the door? Forced air heat/ac ducts? I'm thinking it is a feeding issue, but others here can address it better than me. People will want more info to give good advice. Medium and feed, temp, humidity etc. etc.
