air cooled lights and light leakage

what is a good way to stop light leaking from my exhaust and intake for air cooled lights? As both the intake and exhaust will be outside of my garage I have to consider this.

Put some bends in the flex duct...light cant go around corners.

Do a loop right before the vent with insulated ducting.

You can also stuff with rock wool to reduce reflection within the ducting.

I have light that leaks into through several places on the lights - where the light bulb comes in and where the ducting is. I use aluminum tape to cover up those areas. If you are having heat issues than try using bigger (wider) curves in the duct work.
