You got a shot in the dark about the yield you might expect from your AO's? I ran some jack ripper and 3d that I got in one of the promos from attitude, they were 3pks so I ended up with 2 JTR's 1 3d, but that was first dealings with any of sub's gear. I had some great cuts of blue dream and og running along side, bad news was I ended up getting massive mite infestation that I couldnt completely control which did tons of damage. So in the end I didnt end up salvaging much except a few blue dreams a bit of the 3d that was clean and clear, almost all of the other bud just had dead mites all through it. Ive was strictly outdoor only up until last year when I started indoors so that was the first time Ive ever lost the bulk of any crop of plants, Im still bummed, although outdoors is very close so I'll be all cheered up. Anyways sorry to ramble, was wondering what kinda yield you were thinking per plant...some jack herer had me rambling on

On the AO's in 7 gallon pots with soil people get 6-8 oz/s per pot... 4 pots under a light so 1.5-2 lbs per 1000kwattlight... hope this helps man...

I trimmed some fan leaves and tied up all those colas last night... Here are some pics... 5 more weeks for these ladies to chunk up... I had to top dress them this week, some were starting to fade a bit to early... There gonna be massive...:-o
Just curious... ehh why have you trimmed all the lower branches and leafs??? I mean, you say they still got 5 weeks to go right?? Well, you would have been better off leaving the bottom branches and leafs on the plants.. rather than destroying your final yields.. which is what you have done. You would have ended up with even BIGGER yields if you wouldn't have attacked your plants like ya did.

But whatever, good luck to ya's.

peace..

exactly unnk... no light was penetrating into the canopy so I took out all the stuff that wasnt getting light... Each plant has 4 colas and there is 13 plants... so thats rougly 50 top colas, plus some off branching that will also get direct light... all these buds will be dense. and that is what i want... I dont like the popcorn nuggets...lol

Ive never really tried the full on lollipop, I like to trim the bottom 1/3 or so to allow for more airflow underneath the plants, but I do see after the intial shock of lollipoppin that more energy should go into your main flowers, or atleast thats the idea...Im just surprised that you'll be getting 6-8oz per plant with the lolli method, but then again I know Sub says those AO's really stack up, should really start to swell over the next few weeks, cant wait to see the final product. My first thought with sub's gear was for the vortex, querkle and my favorite jillybean, but you got me thinking about adding in some oranges...hopefully you find that block head pheno you want...all the best my man, peace!

A person would get 6-8 oz's in 7 gallon buckets... but mine are in 3 gall buckets... so it wont be as big a yield... im thinkin I will get 1.5 lbows of the 13 AO's I have now... under 2k watts Didnt tie them down at all, little canopy managment and I just added co2 at the end of week 5... this run is to find a mother that I like... the next run will be dialing her in... the reason that i took off so much under growth is due to the heat... hot weather deals out less dense bud... so I concentrate on the tops more... but when it is cooler, i will let more undergrowth go... you dig???

The heat issues in my home over the summer have not allowed for any good growth conditions for these agent oranges... Now that it is cooler they should do better, but my money is on the next grow, that will be in 7 gall buckets with c02 thru out the whole flower period... As well as early topping and early to tie the branches down... with those conditions and the right mom, i think I can pull 6 per plant at least (I hope so..lol)... do you here my rhyme and reason????

Oh yeah I totally got the reasoning behind the popping, I was just wondering if you were planning on 6zips per plant this cycle, seemed to be an awful lot but then again Im not all that experienced with indoor growing, I was strictly outdoor for years until early last year when I started playin around inside. I also run 2k watts for my indoor, although I switch from MH to HPS during flower, just added a co2 tank this last cycle, but I ended up getting massive infestation of mites that basically ruined about 70% of my harvest, which actually had 2 jack the rippers and 1 3d from sub that I had recieved through a promo with attitude. Not my first go around with mites but the first one that I lost the battle, it was brutal, before that I had never lost any sort of signifigant portion of any crop. Good thing is the outdoor medical garden is just about ready to start harvesting the earlier strains so that will perk me back up. Anyways about the heat, weird thing is here in N. Cali right in middle of valley its constantly over 100deg during summer and the plants love it, but get temps above 90 indoors and they stress the F out, wonder why? So I wasnt quesitoning your technique or nothing, I was just curious about the yield you were thinkin with the lollipoppin, your for sure gonna have some beautiful top flowers, cant wait to see the finished product, Ive yet to see any sub strain that doesnt intrigue me to some point, ya know. Good luck with everything, take care, peace!

Great point and well said. I lollipop outdoors to combat heat it really does help. This year was a record breaking 87 days in the 90's and no rain for months at a time.
I plan on doing the CheeseQuake as well. I gotta try it, i mean it smells like a grape-cheese danish! For god's sake if you didn't try it your crazy!

Me too... Ive been trying to get my homie growers to try some of the TGA gear, but they already have a bunch of strains... Ah well... I guess we just have to pop a pack of every strain over the years...
