never forget that I am a newb too...

I bought my first AG 8 months ago...

I've only been doing Al's recipe for 6 months...

I don't know shit... I'm just trying to learn a thing or 2...:eyesmoke:

Yeah I hear you... and it does work... but all i do for my op is follow a recipe... ANYONE can do that IF they want to...

But most people panic and follow several recipes at once...

The only merit I deserve is for sticking to a proven recipe from the beginning... but even then... none of it is mine...

I'm just a copycat...:?

haha right on gypsy!! thats what i'm talking about. finally you give us permission to admire something. haha. i think i've found my way. after these two projects i have going are finished. i'm thinking about going small scale perpetual. mother in the GH WaterFarm and then cloning/flowering in the AG, semi-perpetual.

just hope i can keep from building new shit and trying new methods!!!

Honestly I'd do it the other way around if you wanted to use both.

Keep your mom and clones in the ag, then throw 1 or 2 of them into the mondo-container (GHWF) for flowering so they can get really big without getting rootbound in the AG.

Who cares if your mom gets rootbound, you can take clones and trim roots as much as you want since its just a mom.

hmm... could i keep a mom AND clones in the same AG?? the nutrients the mother would require.... and the distance of the hood from the clones and mother... just the whole idea... could it work??

(SORRY FOR THREADJACKING!!)

You don't need to feed your mom anything special, you aren't flowering her, you can root your clones with a low concentration (1/4 str or lower) nutrients.

Ditto for the height, not a problem at all.

Your clones aren't going to stretch, they have to root before they do that anyways.

Ok, you're just one really wise, really successful newb with a big room filled with perpetual harvest.

What's up everyone?

Seems like shit's getting a little out of control with the authorities around here, huh? Guess that means I'm gonna bounce when this shit is finished.

Anyway, on a lighter side, I have pics for everyone. Check 'em out!

Nice man, do they smell yet?
Not really. If I shake 'em a bit, they release a lot of fragrance though. Whew, I mean strong!!!!

My house does smell a little like growing pot, but not enough to really make a difference. I also have a few of those plugin deals and incense going everyday, so that helps mask it. I love incense.
