I am almost done with the germination of my Master Kush seeds, I've never grown out of soil before and I am wondering if there is any good methods of placing the germinated seeds in the aerogarden seed pods, ive heard of using tweezerss.. Is there anything I should be careful for? Im nervous about messing the seeds up.

Dude, first you gotta split the grow sponges in half so the roots gotta get through, then just place the seedling in the sponge with the tap root going straight down. Go about halfway down in the sponge, and just put the domes on the plants. Remove the domes when the plant TOUCHES the top of the dome, also you have to take the light hood off the arm and suspend it about 2 inches over the domes, if you dont the plants are gonna hella stretch, bro!

Yea. I got about 4 CFLs, I dont plan on setting them up for a week or two though, once flowering I might get a good light off eBay maybe a HPS or Metal Halide..
Im gonna move the light down very close to them and add 1 or 2 CFLS for now about 2 inches away..
I already took all the herb seeds from the pods out, are you saying i should stretch the foam further down to the point where its almost split in half?

Oh yeah and throw the "sprouting nutes" in the blue bag away they will kill your plant and just go half on the nute tabs they give you, they are way too strong you will get nute burn if you use them two at a time like aerogarden says to do.
Oh and the herb setting works fine for me even though others have used tomatoes and salad greens. Stay away from flowers and strawberry settings they will overwater cause it is a continuous feed.

no, you know where the sponge is already split? you gotta continue that split all the way down with scissors (be careful they tear very easily) until it is cut in half, this is the best way so the roots can naturally make their way down into the resevoir.
Also, just use the aerogarden lights while the domes are on the plants so they do not overheat.

After about 10 days (depending on the strain you are growing, i am not familiar with the growth patterns of master kush) you can put the hood back on its arm and mount those cfl's so all your lower branches can get light.
