Love this idea. I also only usually grow 2-3 plants, I would grow less if I thought I could, but I need medicine daily. I just switched from soil to pure cocoa and I am just astonished. I see no point in going back to soil. Not that I hate soil now, but indoors, hauling dirt and disposing of it is more cumbersome than I thought. Now that the magic of growing has subsided a bit and things become routine I just want to maintain as easily as possible.
My only issues have been that the plants can get unsteady if they stretch early before the roots have filled the pot due to the medium being looser. I ran 3 plants on nothing but cocoa and bottled water and they were absolutely fine. I just wanted a baseline to go by, now I'm adding nutes during flower. Cocoa bricks are like 5 bucks. I was dropping like 50 bucks on light warrior+ffof. not hating, but it's not needed imo. Not for my small grow anyway.
