How does aeroponics work? Can someone give me a step by step guide on how to work it? I'm getting a grow cab that comes with a 600w hps and mh with both ballasts, an air duct fan and muffler, carbon scrubber, and last but not least an aeroponics system.-Which I know nothing about. Please someone explain it to me, Thank you.

aero works by providing more O2 to the root zone during the grow cycle. the more O2 the faster your plants will grow. the fine mist in the aero container contains a suspended mix of water and nutrients. but the big dif is the added O2. it's the fastest way to grow hands down.
