Aeroponics Yield???

Was looking at the, AeroFlo2 Model 36, 3x3 aeroponics system....Anyone have experience with these???Are they a legitimate product???

What could you yield off that Aeroponics system w/ a 600Watt light??? What would be the increase in yield if you used a 1000Watt light???
 
I too am looking at this model. Did you decide to purchase? How has it held up?

If you haven't already purchased, I can tell you that a 1000W would be extravagant for a 3x3 area. A 600W would be the most you'd need, and you might even be able to get similar results with a 400W. However, the AeroFlo2 36 (correct me if I'm wrong) has an area slightly larger than 3x3, so I would go with a 600W.
 
Its the shit trust me I have the 20 site system and out of it I have seen the fastest growing plants anywhere I only vegged for a month and they still fuckin grew 7+ feet tall one grew into the roof literally
 
actually the aeroflo2 36 is 4', square. if u don't have 1000 watts over it you are wasting your time man.... I just got one and im working on getting the rest of the equipment to setup a room... I haven't grown in aeroponics yet but have exp with ebb and flow.... I have read of people getting over 3oz per site tho... that's what im wanting to see.

way too pricey $776.44, for something that YOU could build for under $200.00, in the color you want

Yes ...just imagined how tall the plants could have been if he didn't allow the roots to suffer such stress?

I suppose any prospective grower could spray the tanks black ...?

but still the price ????

look close its but 2x Rubbermaids and fancy pipes

along with a mid range fish tank pump..? lol
 
Way cheaper to build and more room to grow for plants to grow....mine are short as i am limited by height, but other layouts and some design diffrences in this setup to suit your grow area i think could yield more then that little setup, unless you are just using it for veg, but if thats the case when its time to transplant your roots will all be grown together and you wont get them apart.

I used a setup something like those for my veggies outside.

This is what i did for aero setup....plants have room to grow, sprayers are out of the way of the roots.


Picture from inside and the manifold up top is very early in the grow.

Be pretty difficult to make the sprayers tho right? I thought i read something about the sprayers making it a fog inside not just water jets. I agree it seems expensive, but i wouldnt know mine was givin to me for free.

But nobody said a yeild estimate? Im either using grapegod or serious chronic to run a sog lollipopped hard 2 week veg probably future harvest hollands secret nutes i ordered my controller last night and will be ordering seeds in the next day or 2.
 
I misread something or something got edited, or maybe mixed threads. Thought I saw something about the pumps not being able to power the nozzles
 
Is Aeroflo really aero? It looks more like aero-NFT hybrid. How high in the 4×4 decking sleeve is the drain kept? I personally don't like my roots in permanent water. Looks a little expensive for a Lowes parts build. DIY, man, you'll come out so much cheaper. Just saying...

...and it's a "Scott's Brand" product now.
