yes sir.... and i do believe that someone on here will be doing a lr2xcheese and lr2x new purple power journal soon. the seeds are mixed.

Thats right....And They're doing great! As you can see I moved the center female to where the male was (the back right pod) Didn't have much trouble moving it, thankfully, it could've easily been a mess...

I just measured them too...the one on the left is about 10 inches and the big one on the right is about 13 inches...

It's crazy how some of the nodes/stems out grow and get taller than the main stem....weird

Nothing much else to report....They are drinking a lot of water...

Well 4-5 more weeks left!

either way i actually decided to save my money and i built my own rig. spent 50$ and i had some of the stuff around my house already from prior projects. came out rad and able to hold 4 (hopefully) full grown Lowryder #2 x NYC Diesel's.

uhm. two things for my second post.
#1 with regard to the LR2/diesel cross, is it n00b of me to say that i am too noid to order seeds from an online bank? do people on the boards ever go in together on purchases?

#2 i stumbled upon these today and was surprised to not have heard more about them on the boards (see link).

Fluorescent and Air Purifying Bulb

suffice it to imagine add'n lighting that actually reduces odor without producing ozone or requiring any additional electricity. incredible i say!

it's funny to think about this in the light (no pun intended) of the Sharper Image Ionic Breeze, which like many other air 'purifiers' actually produce free oxygen radicals (aka ozone) which BTW is:
1. nasty for people
2. nasty-nasty for plants

sorry to hijack your thread Tek, but I thought you and others with CFL setups might be interested! any thoughts?

P.S. I think it's time for a picture-avatar-thingy

as far as orderin seeds...... um. i did.... an if i was paranoid.... i wouldn't be here.... or grow.....

i have one of those bulbs... well mines an ozone bulb, prolly the same thing, there alright not enough for a grow but i have an ionic activated charchole fan in my bed room as well and if it's nasty.... i like nasty.... cuz that shit works.

I have started the aero about 2 weeks. I,ve got the airstone the ph reader and fox nutes and off running.

I have cut and cloned from my window plant that is just a monster..

I;ve come across the same thing in brown spots but reading your thread I'm sure it's just part of the aerogarden system.

I don't have the 4 light like you do but I'm sure after this grow i will pick some up...It seems to work

Good Morning...

Today marks 6 weeks from seed! 4 More to go!

So I just changed the rez...I always worry about the roots getting squished by the aerogardens legs that support the grow surface...but I'm sure they'll be fine....

The plant on the right is doing awesome...
The plant on the left is doing good too but the bud development seems small compared to the right one..

I kinda wanna cut a bunch of the lower leaves and lower growth but I am kinda scared/unsure...Maybe I'l do it but very conservative...

Some of the lower fan leaves are dying off due to their age...so maybe I will let nature trim itself down...

As for the pics...

1. The first one is of the whole setup...obviously...
2. the next is the right plant
3. the right plant again...
4. and the right plant's main cola
5. is the left plant
6. left plant
7. left plants main cola...

Well 4 more weeks left! I can't wait to see what they do...I hope they stay healthy and fill out a lot more...

Well always glad to jump on the band wagon by saying thanks Tek. You've been very inspirational. Them is some fine looking specimines you got there. Got my new Aerogarden Pro200 to finally showing a few leaves and roots. Using Pro Line nutes. Course I only growing Habanero peppas since I dont do illegal stuff Now seems like when this thread first started you say you did not change the water in the res. but only added to it. Way I understood it was add nuted water one week and plain water the next week. Now did I get that one wrong or has you changed your techniques? If so guess I missed the post. I germinated and planted some seeds but only two came up then they laid over and died I think. They looked wilted but still green. Anyway I got impatient and stuck more ungermed seeds down in all the grow sponges. Noticed the ones already in there were growing tails etc. So anyway not I got some green showing in about 4 or 5 of the grow holes. Finally added some nutes for the first time a few days ago (1/4 the recommended dosage) seemed to perk em up a little. Been using distilled water but got a hot tip the other day to use aged tap water. Snagged some extra CFLs but aint quite figgered out how to mount em...got not much space in there. Anyway got any recommendations about changing the res nutes etc. Tap or distilled water? Keep up the great work!!

I have read most of your posts on this site and gotta admit im a fan. I have an AG and Im eady to start my operation. I was recently in amsterdam and got some Power Kush as the guy told me it'd be a good fit for this. I was told to go Indica only as they tend to be shorter than sativa. The guy in the grow shop told me to give it 18 hrs of light until they reach about 7 inches then immediately cut it down to 13 or 14 to start flowering and stop growing higher.
My question to you is can you clearly tell me which combination of FoxFarm products you used and how often you put them in the reservoir and changed water. I read the Foxfarm chart, however I wanted a schedule that is particularly for bud.
Help would b much appreciated.

That chart works fine for bud, if anything go with hafl strength for the first few weeks....I've always gone by the chart...

Perfect. Ok, half the dosage until which phase?
Also which combo of products did you use? Grow Big? Big Bloom? Tiger? Did you also throw any of the solubles in? (Open sesame, Beastie Bloomz, or Cha Ching?)
I am starting it up this afternoon....My roommate already used the AG for the regular herbs it came with. Do I simply take the old roots out of the little foam things and throw one of my seeds in there instead?
I consider you quite the veteran here so do you suggest getting the supplementary lighting?

Your making it harder than it has to be....It's easy you can't go wrong, just have confidence...

mine is just flying along . another 5 weeks about to go

OK ok thanks for the help. Much appreciated. I just basically don't wanna fuck this up because i spent 50 euros on some sweet seeds in addition to the other costs. I hope it goes well. I'll keep you posted and I'm sure I'll have more questions in the coming weeks.
