I'm in the process of building my own aeroflo36. I have all the parts I need except the pump and the injection manifold. So heres my question. When I look at the actual injection manifold GH actually uses it really looks nothing like what most DIY's are doing. the GH manifold looks like it has some black tubing and pvc pipe interchanged. theres no way im paying like $65 for something I know I can make myself. Any help really appreciated.

PVC pipes and glue. Super easy, just get a nice saw and some files to round the parts off because you'll rip your skin off when you break them apart to clean etc. Any grow shop or amazon sells the misters. Again get the kind that have handles on them to screw in and out, super useful.

appreciate that dafreak but I'm still curious as to what GH is using, its defiantly different than just pvc. looks like some sort black plastic and pvc put together, thanks again

They probably threw a few things in to trick people into thinking they need anything other than pvc pipes and misters.

I reconfigured two General Hydro AF36 units. Piped them together at the long end of each reservoir, and at the other end of each, plumbed one pump to the header of the other and same on the second. So, it takes solution from res #1 and supplies the spray header of res #2. The solution then drains to res #2 and gets pumped back to the spray header on res #1, repeat, repeat, etc. The spray headers are 1" sch 40 PVC with a tee at each junction and fitted with 1" PVC bushings x 3/4" male garden hose connections. I use the same pumps used on the Gen Hydro AF36. The only hitch is these pumps are not self priming, you must manually prime, and then keep them primed, or re-prime every time you drain the res to change H2O and nutes. It works great and is very efficient. A lot of trial and error and a number of re-designs, but it has been well worth it as far as the quality and the amount of the end product.
