aerofarm

just starting of a few rooted clones in my new aerofarm, is it ok to use rockwools alone in the baskets? and do you put more inn than 20 litres like fulling it up close to the basket to start them off?. im hand splashing water round the bottom of the basket 3 times a day to start them off , is this ok>?
any help is greatly app.

I just started my grow with Aerofarm last week. I fill it with around 20-25 litres of water.
I have also bought an airstone connected to the airpump to provide more oxygen into the water...
What do you mean by saying of handsplashing water around the corners to start it?

i mean just splash water up round the bottom of the basket by ur hand, or whats the best way, might just switch the pump on to create bubbles to start with?
