Aero root problems and maybe nute burn can't tell???

I can't speak to Canna, but if it contains CaMg, you should not need extra. Some nutes are desinged to be used with tap water which has ample CaMg. When using RO water your nutes need to contain CaMg, otherwise you need to add it in.
I did not see a pic of your mist heads/ inside the can, but put one down low aiming up, the other up high aiming down. That should solve coverage problem. Your roots are within a gnats ass of having root hairs. A slight adjustment in pause cycle say increase 15-30 seconds more, then keep an eye out for cotton candy.
