Aero+dwc System or 250w Cooltube?

ok, so ive found this pretty decent system

it uses aeroponics and DWC for rapid growth.

but i did want a cooltube 250w hps instead of two 125w cfls. tbh ive managed 28g of white widow a poor looking mekong high and had 3 easy riders previously. bud is mild high but nice tasting.

so i can either upgrade from soil or get a better light... any ideas which path to take first?

organic soil is going to give you the best flavor if thats what your aiming for., if your looking to increase your yield, get a bigger light

The light is the more important upgrade for you at this point.

You're yielding about 1oz with 2x 125w CFLS?

You should be able to pull a QP (~112g) with a 250w HPS.

Well it was only 125w in each stage, I'm not to sure whether I did run both CFLs at some point...I'll dig the pictures out later. If anyones interested anymore I upgraded to an NFT system, a 400w hps with aerowing reflector with dimmable 200w+ ballast.
