Hey, I am new here and this is my first post. I would just like to warn you that you may have to have a little patience with me as I know very little about weed, hopefully you guys can help me with that though!

My first question is about the laws on growing green at home. Does anybody know how many plants would be considerd personal rather than commerciall? I have also been told that if I use hydro it would go against me in court, is that right?

no real right or wrong answer but really look into damage control....no guns, no scales, no baggies, no incriminating writings on paper or computer, unexplainable cashflow, seriously it varies from state to state and even the judge. Fuck, some of the rulings in Texas....I would feel better off just going balls out for a few months vs running year round to limit my exposure. its a dog eat dog world. Stay safe.
