Advice strongly needed

Hey guys, im growing 2 white rhino's currently on a plug and grow 200watt vegetative state bulb Plug And Grow - Stick it where the sun dont shine.
i am about 1 month in veg cycle...
my trouble is that i saw how there are many small 'branches havent really developed and grown yet, i know i should give them some time, on the other hand there are huge fan leaves hovering over these small branches and take all the light. my question is if i should snip off these big fan leaves to allow the branches to develop? please i need your help!

do not snip em just get some more light on the lower growth and you will see a difference in those smaller branches

how could i do that? any suggestions? please... im sorta a beginner here we all were at some point!

put some cfls down there , seeing that you have that 200 watteri would assume its on top, throw some CFLs around the sides and im sure youll see a difference

I personaly veg for 60 days not 30.
I see a big over all difference in 60 day veg cycle.
Sure you can trim off all the lowers branches for two reasons.1)this is where I always find male flowers hiding.2)lack of light=low growth rate and taking away growth from the tops.
Yes, you can trim the fan leaves, not alot tho, just enough. This is where the plant stores it's energy from the light. If it's really bushy, trim every other day, giving your plant a chance to heal before you remove more.

If you want the side branches to catch up then you should consider FIMming it. To elucidate, you snip the apical bud (very top growth shoot) leaving about 20% of it behind. This will encourage the plant to make those side shoots tufts grow into proper full sized branches. In addition to this, where there was 1 apical bud there will now be 2-5 resulting in a bushier plant. If you repeat this many times, you will have a very bushy plant with all the branches more or less the same height. This means all the budding sites will get lots of light and produce nice sized buds.
