Advice on Douching Grow Room

I want to sterilize my room best I can...

Looking for advice and product recommendations. The house is pretty old and a rental. Using a spare bed room. I put my most recent grow in there and got PM late flower. And have concerns about what might be growing down in the crawlspace or in the attic or wherever.

Thinking about using some sort of foggers to make sure to kill everything(not just PM) in there. Then clean the whole room with diluted bleach. Any suggestions on what to use or treat for?

Thanks!

PS> Input on organic prevention of nasties when I start growing again would be great too!

buy a sulfur burner if u really want to never worry about PM ever again. Not the easiest or safest or most inside friendly method, but u will never get PM again. When used properly they r safe, tho the smell is not enjoyable.

I've seen people talk about burners. Basically it's like a bug bomb right?

Are their other fogger type shits I should use to kill other stuff that might be hiding in the walls or whatever?

Id say it is less toxic than a bug bomb and more effective, but it stinks so careful as ur neighbors will probably smell it. The issue is that u have to literally burn it in the room so it is a minor fire hazard if done wrong. It creates a dust of sulfur that coats every surface in the room (and plants if u had them in there which is perfectly fine and the desired effect). The dust is not good for u or animals to breath but shit neither is a bug bomb. Burn the sulfur about 3 feet over your canopy (most burners hang from ceiling) and turn off all fans and ventilation. Wait like 6 hours then run your vent full blast to evac any dust that hasn't settled. I would avoid the room for a while after burning.

I see. Thanks. I will consider using one.

There will be no plants btw. Totally cleaning this shit out.

Sulfur burners are minimally effective, if you already have PM the sulfur just slows it a bit and if you dont have it then it is kinda hard to tell if thats what is actually keeping the PM away. Wiping all the surfaces down with bleach and water is a great idea, I like to put panda plastic on the walls and ceiling, it makes things neat and easier to clean, but if it is a rental you might not want the staple holes in the wall. Also make sure any of the gear that you reuse like pots or stakes is washed between grows.

As far as a bomb for mold spores I hear there is a brand called fungaflor that is good for killing spores in between grows. For organic control it is good to use different things spaced apart. Like spray the bottoms and tops of leaves with serenade, then 3 or 4 days later copper soap ( I use Concern brand) and then in another few days neem oil.

Hey thanks, it might acutlly be good for me to use something like that on all my crawl spaces. Shit was really gross down there when moved in and the land lord did an ok, but not great, job of cleaning it up.

I actually "built" a room out of panda film in my basement last grow. And I've used it to cover the old gross heater vent in the floor from the old heating system, lol.

My basement room was a total nightmare, lol. It stayed together well but was so hard to keep the temp and humidity constant. But shockingly I didn't get any PM or mold or bugs or anything. It was way too much of a pain in the ass(mostly cuz of tight space) so I moved to the spare room this round, and want to keep it there. I prob brought the PM in on some clones I got from a super-dispensary and it sprang up with some humidity issues

But can never be too careful so I figured clean the shit out of everything and treat better next time.

ya u dont need to bomb or sulfur an empty room to clean it. Just meticulous bleach and water. But if u burn sulfur it is great as a preventative in the future.
