Anyone know what’s causing the curling on the tip of the leaves? The plant also has slight dark spots and a red stem on the affected leaves. I think it’s overwatering but I don’t know.

Pretty sure it isn’t a light problem
Temp in mid 70s
Humidity 30-40
Have a fan but it’s not facing towards the plant

Yeah she struggling. Up pot her and unless you're going soil, start feeding her. I'd remove the most effected leaves cause at this point they're not helping anything. Have you scoped for bugs? To cover as many bases as possible. Trim the bad, Azamax dunk, up pot, and feed her

I was thinking the soil being way too hot causing the tips having slight burns but idk, 100% don’t have bugs tho.

If it weighs over 200g its overwatered, ffof without perlite is like a redhead, it never dries up. Also back the light off a little, distance and/or dimmer.
