Advice for my first run

So I have been reading a bunch of posts and watched a bunch of videos on how to make BHO shatter with a vacuum purge. So I went and bought all the necessary products to make it, and I am finally about to make my first run. I am going to try to explain the process in my understanding, and am looking for tips/corrections to my process.

Here is a current list of my supplies:
lazer temp gun
3 Gallon Vacuum & Degassing Chamber
Best Value Vacs Brand 3 CFM Two Stage Vacuum Pump
Two Pyrex dishes
Skillet
Extraction Tube.

So first off, I am running shake so should I just put the bud in and pack it and then blast it, or should I grind it fine and then blast it. After I blast I then put the Pyrex into a hot water bath keeping the temp between 100-110 until the reaction has stopped. Then I scrape it and transfer into parchment paper into my chamber. Then with no heat added to the Chamber I pump to full vac and then degas until it does not muffin up anymore. Then I heat up the chamber to around 100-105 degrees and then repeat the process. Possibly then going up to 110-120 and repeating the process until I have reached shatter. Any tips?

do it outside and grind helps with yield but lowers visual quality a little bit

I put all my material in a vac sealed bag put it in the freezer over night and then pull it out and smash it all up to powder, then i fill tubes nd place in freezer with dry ice for 24 hours, then I blast on to a dish that is 98 to 100 degrees
