@Cleverjack and welcome to Roll It Up. You could use those numbers as an ideal -- for the first time you run the strain. The number is achievable if you have the perfect environment, meaning the perfect light, the perfect fertilizer, etc. AND you don't make mistakes or stress your plant along the way, like letting the grow media become too dry just once or twice, plant got too close to the light, just once or twice, etc.
Once you've had a successful grow to harvest you'd adjust that "advertised yield" AY number to more reflect your system, which may not be good enough yet to achieve the AY or maybe your system is so good you can exceed the AY, you added CO2 and even more light...
