Speaking of flift no need its super light but the stand its on will allow it to do soI am not sure what you mean by the post. You are going to improve it by adding cross flow inside the box? Or a second exhaust?
Are you asking for other ideas to improve?
Edit: It would be bad-ass to make it mobile by attaching it to the fork lift.. Just saying.
I'm totally confused on what u mean man on all of it really.. Besides yes I could and would love to beef it up but how and the issue one of the reason I posted this im unsure of a way to build up the lights better and I feel that the one hanging bar doesn't give me the flexibility that I need and want to be able to hang lights anywhere I want which u can tell everything is relying on the light fixture to hang which isn't the even letting me place the lights like I want... And the two lights in the back are held up with small metal staple things same with the single light in the front I know I'm using more power then I am getting worth out of it.. Which is the main goal along with making everything organized and neat so nothing is in the way nor looks like shit excuse mt language i am just disappointed in myself for this to come out so ghetto after all the years of research and waiting to be able to begin myself so please help me turn this monster into a beast.. Again if needed check out my grow journal to see a bit more pictures that I don't have nor want to post again in this horrible phone (half the screen bottom half I cant see anything it's black so cant see keyboard ECT but thanks for sticking around and reading all my nonsense thank you and please help me turn this into the first box I have wanted to years to start with1: I see you are using a 10"? fan pointed at the intake. Can the lone one CPU fan hold a piece of paper to the intake? If you double the CPU fans (series) it'll increase static pressure. Or add another exhaust & top fan next to it (parallel) to double the air flow. Also check the specs of fans! I don't see any filtration for smells, so if it isn't a concern, go parallel. If you plan on having one, series. Unless you don't mind diy'n 2 carbon filters. Shoot do series and parallel then!
2a: Instead of the intake on lower side, why not underneath? Using (Google it) "white egg crate styrene lighting panel" as floor support. Best part is, comes in 4'x2'.
2b: Build up on that light trap a bit.
3: Besides the legs, base and hanging rod, is there no actual support for the sides or back? Literally just foam? Can you "beef up" your structure?
4: Your plugged into a gfci outlet? If not they do make inline gfci plugs. Recommended.
Edit: Poor plant, goes from being half dead to a forced reading of world geography. lol
Oh ok... well good job bringing her back to life... I would highly suggest to you getting a couple autoflowers or if you want get yourself some photo female strains.
If you want to get clones and you can get them by all means go ahead..
I dont have access to clones so I use the site the single seed centre.. (amazing seedbank with good caring people.. flat rate shipping too , none of that "stealth" up charge shipping bullshit"
If I was to 100% start over and had never grown a plant I would have done this for my first ever grow.
Buy a mars 300
Buy fox farm trio (grow big , big bloom , tiger bloom)
buy Nirvana Jock Horror Auto
Grow in 5 gallons of fox farm ocean forest soil cut with 30% perlite (fox farm big n chunky perlite)
that whole setup .. nutes, seeds, light, soil, perlite would be less than 150$ ... after that you could grow 1-2 plants at a time for the cost of a seed (good brand seeds are 10-15 bucks a piece though you can find deals like nirvana jock horror auto)
That jock horror auto is northern lights x mexican sativa x skunk #1 and ruderalis (prob lowryder) I have grown it before and it is truly fantastic smoke.
Other brands that are top notch are reserva privada and world of seeds northern lights x big bud.
good luck to you and keep growin... If I can grow a plant from seed to harvest and get good nugs then anyone can.
Here is my auto seeds transiberian auto flower... she is getting close.
Lemme change what I said up a bit..
Since you seem to be going the DIY route.
1: Your single muffin exhaust fan seems inadequate for the box. Removing stale air and/or heat.
Two details to pay attention to with the muffin fans are SP and AF/CFM. "SP"(static pressure) can pull air through tighter openings, like a radiator or carbon filter. "AF"(air flow/high cfm) is good for moving a large volume of air.
If you plan on a carbon filter, high static pressure is your friend. If your not worried about smells a second muffin fan/exhaust hole will help move more air out.
Overall, a TD-100 is my recommendation.
2: If you make holes on the floor, the crate styrene will help as support. Using either a short bend of ducting or 90° pvc to build a better light trap.
3: If you can not build an external frame.. Maybe an internal one? Using 3/4" PVC" build a rectangle frame that fits inside, may have to assemble it inside. You can use T's (3ways) on across the top for more hanging bars. If you go this route, you can rest the styrene floor on the PVC.
4: GFCI because.. GFCI
A simple inline gfci is roughly 25$ @ the Depot.
Check out my grow tent now how much plants can I do with my new real tent setup 4x4x6 w/ 600w led vivosun im allowed 6 plants total here in new mexico look at my newest thread/growfor 79$ shipped to your door... buy yourself a mars hydro 300 from amazon..
Then buy some autoflower seeds... do 1 at a time in a 5 gallon smart or airpot..
You'll easily get a plant thats 2-3 feet tall and give you a dry weight of 1.5-2 oz.
You can do all that with one light instead of cfl's.
I basically have the same grow room as you.. I built my closet by using those foam insulation boards then painting the woodwork flat white.
You could do 2 plants in 3 gallon containers under mars 300 in there and get yourself close to 4 oz's.
With a mars 300 you could take out all those cfl's and get the plant much much bigger.. I'm actually kinda shocked how small it is with all those cfl's
