Advanced thinking: Bigger Buds- Bigger light during flowering stretch?

I ask this question because I have height restrictions 6 ft tent.. Would it make sense to turn my light up from 450hps to 600hps say from day 10-20 of flowering. I say this bc I grow DWC and I've seen plants grow too tall with the 600hps. Make sense???

More specially have the light on 450hps from days about 1-10 of flowering, 650hps from days 11-20 of flowering around flowering stretch period, and back to 450hps from days 20-finish ( I would say mine have finished anywhere from 58-75 days). Also the 58 day strain was amazing ahahah. 75 day strain was GSC I would say 7.5 out of 10 and I'm a tough grader.... Yeah so would the 600 hps ON from about days 10-20 give the finally buds an elongated stretch??? YA FEEL ME

Sounds plausible. Try it and see....

bump... Yeah the 600 makes the tent warmer and the plant grows bigger when I only have a 6ft tent, just trying to add the 600hps at optimum

That's why you train and put under a net.

Now your 6 foot plant is only a 3 foot plant with 10x the budsites

you start training early, after the first top, and you can start bending those down. these is dozens of methods.

Either that, if height is a critical factor, don't run sativas.

You can run all the indicas you want and never worry about height

yeah, OP could just go with a hybrid, but then that would be the easy way.

Another Problem is my tent is only 3x3 and the carbon scrubber is in the corner, so I'm working with like 8 sq feet... Depending on the strain I have been pulling 7-8 oz's per tent vegging from seed for about 4 weeks. I'm a pro, but my setup isn't the best based on small tents (trying to keep number of overall plants at a minimum) and using 450 hps... I also top and and use the uncle ben's scrooging method where u leave only 4 main stems and each main goes into its own corner of the tent. Also use 2 scrogg nettings at different levels...
