You just put the rooted clone into the hydroton netcup and gently cover it up. No rockwool...Does anyone have experience with an Ez-Cloner?

How big was the tank? I've seen people talk about 5 pounds and 20 pounds, I'm trying to get an idea of how long they will last.I borrowed a friend of mines co2 setup for about a week and I noticed a difference...Too bad I couldn't hold on to it a little longer
I run 20# cyclinders in about 96 cu ft. I go thru about 1 and a half per grow. I use a regulator that goes from 0-.5 CFM and never have to go above .18 CFM to reach 1000-1500 ppm.How big was the tank? I understand that it is all relativity to the size of the grow room.

For right now I am just using an environmental controller (basically a timer). Someday I'd like to invest in controller/monitor. Yes, it runs full time while the lights are on except it shuts down when the exhaust fans run. My box/cabinet is about 4'x4'x6' so it takes such a small amount I don't mind wasting it. Costs me $12-$15 to fill one 20# cylinder and I start trickling it in about the 2nd week of veg. until the end. So for a grow I got about $20 in co2.Do you use a Controller or just a timer?
Also, if you have an exhaust fan, doesn't that just pull out all the Co2 which would make you need to run that Co2 all the time? In a tent for instance.

I am in the process of making a new cabinet where I'll add a sealed, vented reflector for a better way to deal with the heat. Although, I will still exhaust the cabinet, on a timer setting, to deal with the odors. Right now though it works in my favor cause you can run higher temps with co2.
I used one of those cheap co2 syringe testers, with the glass tubes, to find out what ppms I was at with what settings on my regulator. This gives me an idea of an adequate range. Yes, I want to add a controller/monitor but like you said it's costly. I am hoping to add it to the new setup within the first grow or two. But for now I figure something is better than nothing. Ebay has the cheapest prices on controllers/monitors I have found yet. Start at $350 if one considers that cheap lol.So without a monitor you really have no idea what your Co2 levels are.

So tell me more about the regulator. I would assume one of the gauges tells you quantity left in the tank, then when you screw the screw in on the regulator to dial in the amount of pressure you want to come out.So without a monitor you really have no idea what your Co2 levels are.
