You definitely can use those three together, but they're not a complete nutrient program like that. You need a base nutrient first - those three are additives designed to enhance different things. Big Bud boosts flowering to make larger, denser flowers, while Sweet Leaf helps to make fruit and flowers more flavorful. Piranha is a collection of beneficial fungi that colonize the roots of the plants to allow them to uptake nutrients better and fight off bad fungi easier.
If you think of it like human food, this is vitamins, seasoning, and such. You still need the steak and potatoes.
If you just can't find a good Advanced Nutrients base nutrient where you are (I recommend the Sensi 2-part for beginners) then you can still use the additives you've found, but you'll have to add them to someone else's base nutes. It should work fine, but I could only guess how well.
