Lots of mis-information in here. I don't want to start an argument and it would take too long if I could even decide where to begin.

My advice is to seek out and read up on everything yourself, don't listen to other people's interpretations of a video or whatever. They're likely to either be just plain wrong, or pushing an agenda.

alot of their money goes towards marketing to make people think it's a great product. like so many other things if you hear it enough times you will believe it
