Lucas formula is pretty proven. Probably been around longer then you.

Pretty much the full line up minus the carbs as it's an RDWC system.

I've got chronic pain and learned to grow just after a surgery, on heavy pain meds; this was 2003 and a long time before PH Perfect formulations. AN was a lot stronger then, but once i figured out the right amount though it was follow the instructions and get reasonable results. I still have chronic pain and rely on strong painkillers to get through the day, AN while pricy is pretty much use as directed (although lower dose) and barring pests or pathogens, get reasonable results.

As others have said, many different methods work, find what works for you and go for it.
