Adding grow to Lucas formula

Gotcha, i was just checking out a label online and it directs to use 2-3tsp per gallon on recirculating, that’s like 14ml. Or a 1000ml for 70gallons.
no you are right. i just looked at my label. it does say that. no way!!! i use 1mL/gal for seedlings then work my way up. 15ml per gallon would fry plants!! 1/2 tsp per gallon is probalbly the most you'd need

Man I never did understand these nutes labels haha, well I did add 1000ml of bloom so it wasn’t outrageous sounding.

i think DG changed the label. it was never that high before for dosage. if you are like most of us, you are gonna try a bunch of different stuff b4 it's over with. try out MaxiBloom and FloraNova Bloom too. and Ionic Bloom (though I needed Ca and Mg

I used AN for a couple years in coco or peat but that stuff pissed me off so many times, gave what I had left away. Kept the calmag though haha, calmag is calmag!

yeah I’m thinking it’s brought across by the few shops carrying it. 120 cad plus 27 shipping, basically 100usd a gallon, why I was questioning the amount required haha. @rkymtnman

Grabbed a gallon of calimagic, I’m going to stick with the trio in some form, Lucas or 3 part, but really interested in jacks 321 and the DG for my next round, will have to see how this plays out.

there is a formula with the 3 part but i'm not positive how it works. its like 123 for veg and 321 for bloom. youll have to google that and see what exactly it is. a 111 ratio works pretty good for veg.

Ok I will do some reading, so far so good this week. I shut off my float valve few days back, going to do the add back method as it should be way easier to monitor what’s up. I’m going to wait for a few here and give the plants a break, then change out the water and restart a feeding again. No burn, 2 plants showed some ph fluctuation from my waterfall mod night but recovered with minimal damage, but my ppm is up around 900 after Lucas. I have a few younger plants that are going to dip into that any day now. Peyote critical in the front is trying to be a beast compared to anything else I have on the go.

Here’s what I was talking about and it’s pretty much on track to last time. Letting the rez run down as I started my water a bit high, ppm and ph haven’t changed, down multiple gallons. Corrected with calimagic this time. Holding off as long as possible for a topup. Only one plant. Will not be growing multi strain again or will research better. Have a bit of requirement gap. Just requires more attention, maybe I’m just complaining haha. Only very oldest growth, one plant, past 30hrs. Anyways, I expect that’s as far it will go, I been holding onto those original 4 leaves.

That looks like thrips to me.....
Will check it out in a bit. Note the peat cups.. pretty sure it’s clean, unless it can’t be seen. The other plant that did this was corrected with calcium, either way I’m getting the loupe out. It’s on the outer half of the original 4 leaves. Just that plant, it’s the only one I have of that strain on the go. E7CD65EF-5BB5-475F-BDEF-37A5DD654C57.jpeg
