Adding coco for supersoi...l How much?

I'm trying to follow SS recipe to a T but I can only get Pro-mix at the time and there is no coco in this.
I tried google and found nothing on this.

How much coco do I add to a full batch of SS?
And What kind of coco should I use?(fine,medium,Stringy)-not sure on how coco is processed.

Any help is much appreciated. And will rep since no one does that anymore it seems.

If you can get promix, then you *should* be able to get sunshine mix, which is made of coco if I remember correctly.

Only place Ive seen sunshine mix is 100mi away at a hydro store. And the brand of sunshine mix is organic with peatmoss base with no coco.
I already have the pro-mix and will prob have to buy coco online.

Guess no one knows how much to put in since most growers can get soils with coco easier.

I was searching the shit out of other forums also and there would be mention on putting coco in SS but never clarified how much.

Coco plays a part in potassium in the mix so I must get this fig out. I sound pushy but Its really the last piece I need. I will keep searching as well on this forum and others.

Looks like its about 10% coco with the batch is what Ive been reading.
