Adding co2; Sealed Room vs Once An Hour Exhaust

im having trouble deciding on how to change my flower room. its about 10x10 and i currently am running 4 600ws. right how i just have the air constantly exhausting outdoors from the cool tubes. cold air is coming from any cracks or crevices in the door and room. these are what i use http://www.amazon.com/Predator-King-Cobra-Plug-Play/dp/B005ICJ5CE along with a 720 cfm fan. excellent results, i can have my buds touch the glass and not even burn. my friends cant believe the size of my buds without using co2 which is exactly where my question comes into play.

im adding co2 soon and im told i have 2 options. i know either way i need to pull my exhaust from my hoods from outside the room so its obviously not sucking out any co2. i'll also eventually have a sentinel control unit along with a dehumidifier, ac unit, heater, or anything i need. money isnt really a problem although its always nice to save. i have several friends that do this and use co2 with great results and it seems im down to 2 options.

1 way would be to have the room completely sealed. no fresh air or exhaust, except only in the cool tubes. im told in that case to keep the room pretty hot like about 88 degrees to keep any mold from growing. and the plants may dry up so quick that i might even need to water more than once a day and i will constantly need be around the room which isnt a problem. also i was told it will get extremely humid so i will for sure be running at least 1 dehumidifier.

another option is to have the light hoods constantly exhausting but not sucking any of the rooms air out just like in the above option. then add a seperate exhaust fan to exhaust the entire room 1-2 times an hour to remove any old stale air. sure it sucks co2 out but you get nice fresh air. also im told since there is always fresh air you dont have to worry about mold spores as much and can keep your normal temps about 78 or a bit lower.

im kind of liking the sealed room idea. i dont care if i have to go to my grow 5 times a day cause i usually do anyway. i know 1 problem with the sealed room is in my few hydro plants i would definitely need a chiller. im lucky right now without a chiller my res stays 68-74. i do mostly soil but have a few hydro. i guess if i had to i could move my hydro to another room or just go strictly soil until i got a chiller. any other ideas? might be a couple months before i add the co2 but im doing all the brainstorming right now. thanks and any feedback is appreciated!

What I do since its gotten really cold out is I draw cold air in with a 6 inch eclipse fan. Its connected to a CAP air4 controller that turns the co2 off when the the temp reaches the set point and turns the fan on, I chose this instead of exhausting because the room cools much quicker and the co2 runs much longer which in the end mean big ol buds for me! It certainly is working for me, man I like winter grows.

Hello, this is an old post but I just read it. Could you tell me how your results turned out?
actually the post is not even a month old yet. im waiting for about 5 more plants to finish before i redo my room. just doing the brainstorming and such for now. i can tell you though right now i have a room smaller than 10x10 and 4 600w hps. adding a 5th soon. my exhaust is so powerful that my plants can touch the glass on the hoods and not burn so i keep them real close. all soil except 1 in hydro. no co2 yet but soon enough.

yeah i love winter grows as well. i dont have a chiller yet so it always too hot to do hydro in the summer because of root rot forming. i also like how theres so much less humidity. lot of people have mildew problems where i live, especially in basements. im almost for sure going to go with the sealed room. just have to get one of those air conditioners with the built in dehumidifiers. maybe 2. i know for sure im going to have heat problems this summer with all the hps i have. not so bad now probably cause i keep my heat way down.
