You can help your new pt fill out the paper work, if the pt you want is already a pt and dont have a c.g than you just have to fill out the c.g change form, even if he/she already has a c.g and they want to not use their current c.g and use you, all you do is fill out the change form make sure you are named the c.g, and that you have grow rights checked for c.g to have possesion of the plants, it cost 10 bucks for the change and 25 for a criminal records check!
so no matter what the situation is you/pt needs to fill out the change form, make sure your named as the c.g (if your pt card and your c.g card have your address on them put it on the new change form also) if your adress is a p.o box you can use that adress as yours also, my c.g grows at home and uses his home adress,
I used to have my own grow rights and grow for my self and my lady, I was her c.g legaly like I explained above, all I did was put the change form in and name my c.g, I was still my lady's c.g and I also had a c.g!
I was a pt w/o my own grow rights, my c.g had my grow rights, I was a c.g to my lady so I was her c.g, I was a pt w/o my own grow rights, but I had a pt and had her grow rights! are you more confused now? lol!
Just fill out the new c.g change form with your new pt, make sure you are named as the c.g and that you get to possess the plants, pay the 10 bucks for c.g card and 25 for criminal back ground check, so I beleive its 35 bucks now, I pay for my c.g because he dont charge me for meds. but most c.g pay for their pt's c.g card and their own back ground check because most c.g's charge a certain amount for the meds they grow for their pt's!
