Actually making money with a class action suit

Why can't you be more specific? You are being secretive like someone is going to steal your idea. If you have a valid reason to sue this company then it won't matter if you tell us why, the justification will still stand on it's own merit and you can still sue after we know.

You pay in, and when something happens, THEY PAY OUT. That's the fucking point. Otherwise it wouldn't be called insurance, it would be called "idiot tax".

Guess it's good there are people who don't want free money, otherwise they'd be less free money to go around

go ahead and contact a lawyer and see what he has to say about it, have every thing you have be witnesssed and documented bla bla, it all comes down to trust...
